The important purpose of the Soubhagya scheme launched by the Central Govt. is to provide electricity connection to all un-electrified households in rural and urban areas.

In the Dharwad parliamentary constituency 7,376 households have been provided with electricity connections and a cent percent target has been achieved.

ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆ

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಉದ್ದೇಶವು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ರಹಿತ ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವುದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರಡಿ ೧೦೦% ಸಾಧನೆಗೈಯ್ಯಲಾಗಿದೆ.
