The important purpose of this scheme is to develop agriculture into an economically viable proposition, to boost animal husbandry and dairy farming activities, and also to provide profitable prices to the farmers. Under this scheme, there is a provision for farmers to benefit from the improvement of horticulture, handling of natural resources, soil nutrition, organic manure, organic agriculture, and mechanization of agriculture. In my parliamentary constituency, so far, 5,735 farmers have availed financial support to the tune of Rs. 5.99 Crore.

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಕಾಸ್ ಯೋಜನೆ

ಕೃಷಿಯನ್ನು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮೂಲವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುವುದು, ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಪಶುಸಂಗೋಪನೆ, ಹೈನುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಲಾಭದಾಯಕ ಬೆಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ, ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಪೋಷಕಾಂಶ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಜೈವಿಕ ಗೊಬ್ಬರಗಳು / ಸಾವಯವ ಕೃಷಿ, ಕೃಷಿ ಯಾಂತ್ರೀಕರಣ ಮುಂತಾದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಲಾಭ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಅವಕಾಶವಿದ್ದು, ನನ್ನ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಒಟ್ಟು ೫೭೩೫ ರೈತರು ೫.೯೯ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ನೆರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
