There was a lack of furnished buildings for the treatment of livestock in the rural area of Dharwad Parliamentary Constituency. Being aware of this, a total of 49 veterinary hospitals have been constructed with an outlay of Rs. 14.56 Crore.

Under C.S.R. activities, Kundagol town Taluka Veterinary Hospital has been constructed with an expenditure of Rs. 9,870 Lakhs, providing a well-equipped modern building.

ಹೊಸ ಪಶು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು

ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಲ್ಹಾದ ಜೋಶಿ ಅವರ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಕಾಳಜಿಯಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗದ ಒಟ್ಟು ೪೯ ಪಶು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ೧೪.೫೬ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕುಂದಗೋಳ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಆರ್. ಕಾರ್ಯಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಡಿ ೯೮.೭೦ ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಲೂಕಾ ಪಶು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಆಧುನಿಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸುಸಜ್ಜಿತ ಪರಿಕರಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
