The National Rural Livelihood Mission is the dream project of Shri. Narendra Modi to empower the rural women for self employment with the micro financial support through Self Help Groups. The Scheme envisages the aggregation of the SHG’s at the village Panchayat level to form into cluster groups called Sanjeevani, encouragement for self employment, provision for marketing of the products created by these cluster groups and extending subsidy.

In Dharwad parliamentary constituency Total SHG’s 7,057, Total members of the groups 84,187 Total subsidy released Rs. 31.42 Crore.

ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ಕನಸಿನ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾದ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ರೂರಲ್ ಲೈವ್ಲಿಹುಡ್ ಮಿಶನ್ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸ್ವ-ಸಹಾಯ ಗುಂಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಔದ್ಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಬಲರನ್ನಾಗಿಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆ. ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಸ್ವ-ಸಹಾಯ ಗುಂಪುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿಸಿ ಸಂಜೀವಿನಿ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟಗಳ ರಚನೆ, ಸ್ವಯಂ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ, ಓಖಐಒ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದವರು ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಅನುದಾನ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು.
