Under the personal care of Honorable Pralhad Joshi, Member of Parliament for the Dharwad Lok Sabha constituency, pipelines connecting to drinking water storage tanks have been installed for every home in all the villages of Dharwad district and the Shiggaon and Savanur regions under the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme. This grand scheme aims to construct water storage tanks in a cluster model for every home in a total of 388 villages in the Dharwad district, collect drinking water from the Shri Renuka reservoir in Savadatti, and provide drinking water to every home in these villages. Currently, the scheme has received a release of 1042.34 crore rupees from the central government, and the work on the Jaladhare scheme is progressing satisfactorily. This scheme encompasses 145 gram panchayats in the Dharwad district.

MULTI-VILLAGE DRINKING WATER SCHEME

Due to the special interest and efforts of Shri Pralhad Joshi, with a 50:50 grant from the central and state governments, a multi-village drinking water scheme has been completed at a cost of 410 crore rupees to supply drinking water to 92 villages in the Shiggaon taluk and 47 villages in the Savanur taluk of the Dharwad Lok Sabha constituency and is in operation.

ಮಲಪ್ರಭಾ ನದಿಯಿಂದ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆ – ಜಲಧಾರೆ

ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಸಂಸದರಾದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ್ಯ ಪ್ರಲ್ಹಾದ್ ಜೋಶಿ ಅವರ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಕಾಳಜಿಯಿಂದ ಜಲಜೀವನ್ ಮಿಷನ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಗ್ಗಾವಿ, ಸವಣೂರು ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಾಗಾರಗಳಿAದ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುವ ನಳಗಳನ್ನು ಜೋಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಧಾರವಾಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಒಟ್ಟು ೩೮೮ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನೆಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಕ್ಲಸ್ಟರ್ ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಾಗಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ, ಸವದತ್ತಿಯ ಶ್ರೀ ರೇಣುಕಾ ಜಲಾಶಯದಿಂದ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ, ಪ್ರತಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಮಹಾನ್ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಯೋಜನೆ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ೧೦೪೨.೩೪ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರದಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಧ್ಯ ಜಲಧಾರೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯು ಸಮರೋಪಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ೧೪೫ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳು ಸೇರುತ್ತವೆ.

ಬಹುಗ್ರಾಮ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಯೋಜನೆ

ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ೫೦:೫೦ ಅನುದಾನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಿಗ್ಗಾಂವ್ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ೯೨ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸವಣೂರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ೪೭ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಬಹುಗ್ರಾಮ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಯೋಜನೆ ೪೧೦ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡು ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
