MEDICAL EDUCATION THROUGH SKILL LAB AT KIMS

The Central Govt. with the aid of Artificial Intelligence Technology has been dong several beneficial and useful works for the welfare of the people and the nation. As part of it in our Dharwad parliamentary constituency National Emergency Life Safety Skill laboratory has been established with an expenditure of Rs. 2.9 Crores.

NEW STUDENT’S HOSTEL AT KIMS

The concern of the Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi has resulted in the nation-wide increase of the seats in medical education so is the cases relating to the increase of number of seats at Hubballi KIMS.

In the backdrop of the basic necessity under a special grant the new student’s hostel has been constructed with the expenditure of Rs. 69.90 Crores at KIMS campus.

A transformation has been brought in at KIMS not only as an Hospital, but also a new promise of good health.

MEDICAL OXYGEN PRODUCTION UNIT AT KIMS

The on slaught of Covid epidemic was a dark chapter in our life. The plight of difficulty being faced by us for want of medical oxygen cannot be explained. Now there is no such frightening situation in our Dharwad parliamentary constituency. With the special care in co-operation with the companies have set up 2,000 litters. capacity Medical oxygen production unit at KIMS. It suffices continuous supply of medical oxygen for 72 hours to 2,500 beds at a time.

MRI AND CT SCAN CENTRE AT KIMS

One has to incur thousands of rupees to get X-Ray, RI and CT Scan tests. Therefore with a view to help the poor for early detection of the disease and to extend timely treatment with the co-operation of the companies and also under Covid Management Grants, by spending Rs. 13 Crore Scanning centres have been set up in our Dharwad parliamentary constituency at KIMS. Now these centres have become a boon for the general public.

COAL INDIA AND IOCL CSR

In collaboration with the Coal India and other companies with an expenditure of Rs. 5.5 Crore the lifesaving machines and equipment’s like Ventilators, mobile X-Ray machines and several similar medical machines and equipment shave been set up at KIMS. NICU and PICU units have become Conducive for the health safety of the new born baby and children. During the period of Covid epidemics per necessity with the co operation of Vedanta Company large temporary Hospital had been set up at KIMS. In the post covid period the modern equipment’s and beds accommodated in the temporary hospital have been shifted to KIMS hospital. On account of this there is an increase of 50 beds at KIMS and it also helps to attend to the increased number of patients. Converting the temporary project into long term benefit has become a model work of our Dharwad parliamentary constituency.

MOTHER AND CHILD CARE ESTABLISHMENT OF SPECIAL HOSPITALS

The precious moments of a girl’s life are the period of motherhood, the period from pregnancy to birth, health and child care is very important. In Dharwad Lok Sabha Constituency, Mother and Child Care Centers. constructed at a cost of Rs. 25 crore at KIMS Hubballi and Rs. 26.17 crore at the premises of Dharwad Civil Hospital are providing treatment for safe motherhood.

VRDL – THE VIRUS RESEARCH AND DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY AT KIMS

Till the end of Covid epidemic the people of our Dharwad parliamentary constituency had to depend on National Institute of Virology Pune or it’s branch office at Bengaluru for the affirmation of the disease. There were examples where in the people suffering from viral diseases had passed away before the receipt of the test reports from the institutes concerned.

During the Covid Epidemic period in our Dharwad parliamentary constituency Virus Research and Diagnostic laboratory has been set up at Hubballi KIMS campus.

ALL INDIA SPEECH AND HEARING INSTITUTION MYSORE – SERVICE CENTRE AT HUBBALLI

With a view to facilitate to the treatment of North Karnataka people the All India Speech and Hearing Institution Mysore an undertaking of the Central Govt. has opened it’s out reaching service centre at KIMS.

EMERGENCY CARE UNIT AND CARDIAC SURGERY HOSPITAL

With the schemes of Modi government, the health sector has seen rapid progress, people are stepping towards KIMS in the hope of better health. Thus, according to the number of patients, a new hi-tech emergency treatment unit and a cardiac surgery department have been constructed in KIMS Hospital.

UPGRADATION OF ESI HOSPITAL

For the well being of the Dharwad Parliamentary Constituency organised regional workers. the ESI Hospital on Hubli Karwar Road has been upgraded from the existing 50 beds to 100 beds facilities involving the cost of Rs. 30 Crores, the quality health care is ensured for our organised workers.

JAYADEV HOSPITAL – HUBBALLI

To facilitate higher treatment facility to the people of our Dharwad Lok Sabha Constutency and to the people of the near by villages as well.

Near R.M Lohianagar Reservoir Hubballi The construction work of the new Jayadev Hospital in 11 acres of land with the cost of Rs. 250 Crore has been commenced.

DIMHANS – DHARWAD

Mental health is equally important for the people along with physical health. On account of work pressure, depression and for other reasons Now a days mental disorders are on the increase amongst the people. Taking these factors into account the present Mental Health and Neuroscience Institute Dharwad under National Mental Health Campaign going to be initiated shortly, has been upgraded with the expenditure of Rs. 15.6 Crores. Mental Health Medical college established at Dharwad is another contribution to education sector.

CONSTRUCTIONS OF ESSENTIAL BUILDINGS AT TALUKA HOSPITALS

Realizing the lack of building availability in taluk hospitals which are responding to minor health problems, necessary buildings are being constructed at the cost of 1.65 crore rupees in the taluk hospitals of Navlagunda, Kalaghatagi and Kundagola in our Dharwad Lok Sabha constituency.

PRADHAN MANTRA JANAUSHADHI CENTRES

Medical treatment doesn’t mean merely availability of the service of doctors, hospitals and surgical operations. Availability of requisite medicines vaccines and injections are also very much essential. On many occasions having personally witnessed the financial burden of the general public as relating to the purchase of costly medicines and tablets Shri. Narendra Modi to tide them over these difficulties, with an object of making quality generic medicines at affordable prices to all has initiated measures for the establishment of Janaushadhi Medical centres.

The scheme ensures access to life saving quality medicines for all sections of the population especially the poor and economically deprived, at lower prices 60 to 80% subsidised rates through the generic Medical centres. In Dharwad parliamentary constituency 38 Generic Medical centres are functioning as the companions and taking care of the wellbeing of the poor and common men.

NATIONAL PROGRAMME FOR CONTROLLING BLINDNESS

Eyes are the only means through which one can enjoy the scenic beauty of the Nature created by the God. People suffer from eye related disorders on account of old age and other factors. Shri. Narendra Modi’s Govt has launched National Programme for Control of Blindness to make India free from prevalence of blindness.

In our Dharwad parliamentary constituency so far 1,62,000 have been operated up on for cataract problems and 24,000 spectacles have been distributed to school children under this programme.

COVID VACCINATION

With an objective of enabling the general publicto increase their physical stamina so as to fight against Covid epidemic the Central Govt had launched Free Vaccination campaign in the nation.

In our Dharwad parliamentary constituency so far 36,39,090 free doses of vaccination have been administered.

AYUSHMAN BHARAT

It is no exaggeration to say that Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat is the ambitious programme of Shri. Narendra Modi. The scheme envisages free medical treatment facilities to the family membeRs. of the BPL Card holder up to an annual expense limit of Rs. 5 lakh per family. Whereas for the non holder of BPL cards the medical expenses limit is set to 30% of the scheme limit up to an annual limit of Rs. 1.25 lakh per family.

In the purview of Dharwad parliamentary constituency through the Govt and private hospitals 2,10,209 and 41,603 beneficiaries have availed the benefit of the scheme to the tune of more than Rs. 88 Crores and 178 Crores respectively. The bill amount to be paid by the beneficiaries under the scheme relating to their treatment is being remitted by the Govt. directly to the bank accounts of the respective hospitals.

The important feature of the scheme is providing free treatment and medical facilities to the general public and the developments of the hospitals from the Govt. reimbursement. In our Dharwad parliamentary constituency Govt. is remitting more than Rs. 5 Crores per month only towards KIMS that has enabled the KIMS to become self reliant and facilitates for its development.

The development of hospitals is our commitment to provide health care facilities for the people.

Under Ayushman Bharat Scheme in our Dharwad parliamentary constituency under E Hospital portal 2,05,309 people have got their names registered.

AYUSHMAN BHARAT HEALTH AND FITNESS CENTRES

In Dharwad Parliamentary constituency totally 134 Health and Fitness centres with the modern facilities, have been rendering quality health Treatments to the Local people.

REHABILITATION OF DRUG ADDICTS

Two government supported rehabilitation centers are functioning in Dharwad Lok Sabha constituency under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan. 14,446 – This is the national de-addiction toll line.

MISSION INDRADHANUSH

A vaccination program with the goal of increasing the full immunization coverage of children and pregnant women to 90%. All children and pregnant women in the Dharwad Lok Sabha constituency have benefited from this program.

ನಮ್ಮ ಕಿಮ್ಸ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದುದನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಯ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಮನಗಂಡು ಕಿಮ್ಸ್ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಿ.ಎಂ. ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥö್ಯ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯಾಧುನಿಕ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವುಳ್ಳ ನೂತನ ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೇಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ೧೫೦ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಜನರ ಪ್ರಾಣ ಉಳಿಸಿ ‘ಕಾಮಧೇನು’ ಎಂದೇ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧಿ ಪಡೆದ ಈ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರ ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋದಿ ಬಿಲ್ಡಿಂಗ್ ಎಂದೇ ಹೆಸರುವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದು ವಿಶೇಷ.

ಘಿ-ಖಚಿಥಿ, ಒಖI, ಅಖಿ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾವಿರಾರು ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು ಖರ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ರೋಗಗಳನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಸಹಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಅನುದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು ೧೩ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾದ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನಿಂಗ್ ಸೆಂಟರಗಳು ಈಗ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ವರದಾನವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕೋಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಮತ್ತು Iಔಅಐ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಸಹಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಿಮ್ಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವ ೫.೫ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಜೀವ ರಕ್ಷಕ ಸಾಧನಗಳಾದ, ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್‌ಗಳು, ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಎಕ್ಸರೇ ಮಷೀನ್‌ಗಳು ಹೀಗೆ ಹತ್ತು ಹಲವಾರು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಾಧನಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಓIಅU, PIಅU ಯೂನಿಟ್‌ಗಳು ಹಸುಗೂಸು ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆಯ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಕಿಮ್ಸ್ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವೇದಾಂತ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಸಹಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೃಹತ್ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಿಮ್ಸ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಈಗ ಕಿಮ್ಸನಲ್ಲಿ ೫೦ ಹೆಚ್ಚವರಿ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಿವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಿದೆ. ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲೀನ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಿದ್ದು ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿನ ಒಂದು ಮಾದರಿ ಕೆಲಸವಾಗಿದೆ.

ತಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಗು ಆರೈಕೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ

ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜೀವನದ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳೆಂದರೆ ಅದು ತಾಯ್ತನದ ಅವಧಿ, ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿಯಿಂದ ಬಾಣಂತಿ ಆಗುವ ವರೆಗಿನ ಕಾಲಾವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮಗು ಆರೈಕೆ ತುಂಬ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯ ಕಿಮ್ಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ೨೫ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಧಾರವಾಡ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ೨೬.೧೭ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಗೊಂಡ ತಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಗು ಆರೈಕೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ತಾಯ್ತನಕ್ಕೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಅಭಯ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿವೆ.

ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರೋನಾದ ಸಂಧಿಗ್ಧ ಸಮಯದವರೆಗೂ ವೈರಾಣು ರೋಗ ನಿರ್ಣಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪೂನಾದ ನ್ಯಾಶನಲ್ ಇನ್ಸಿ÷್ಟಟ್ಯೂಟ ಆಫ್ ವೈರಾಲಜಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಅದರ ಶಾಖೆಯನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು. ವೈರಾಣು ರೋಗಗಳಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ರೋಗಿಗಳು ರೋಗ ನಿರ್ಣಯವಾಗುವಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಹಲೋಕ ತ್ಯಜಿಸಿದ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳೂ ಉಂಟು. ಕರೋನಾ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೈರಾಣು ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಮತ್ತು ರೋಗ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯ (ಗಿiಡಿus ಖeseಚಿಡಿಛಿh ಚಿಟಿಜ ಆiಚಿgಟಿosಣiಛಿ ಐಚಿboಡಿಚಿಣoಡಿಥಿ)ವನ್ನು ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯ ಕಿಮ್ಸ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ತುರ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ಘಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ಹೃದಯ ಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ

ಮೋದಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದೆ, ಉತ್ತಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನ ಕಿಮ್ಸ್ನತ್ತ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ನೂತನ ಹೈಟೆಕ್ ತುರ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ಘಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ಹೃದಯ ಸಂಬAಧಿತ ಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ವಿಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಕಿಮ್ಸ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ದೈಹಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವು ಅತಿಮುಖ್ಯ. ಒತ್ತಡದಿಂದ, ಖಿನ್ನತೆಗಳಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಇವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಸದ್ಯ ಧಾರವಾಡದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ನರವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ “ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಡಿ” ೧೫.೬ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ದರ್ಜೆಗೇರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಕುರಿತಾದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯವೂ ಕೂಡಾ ನಮ್ಮ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕೊಡುಗೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ.

ಸಣ್ಣಪುಟ್ಟ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ತಾಲೂಕು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಲಭ್ಯತೆಯ ಕೊರತೆ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ಮನಗಂಡು ನಮ್ಮ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ನವಲಗುಂದ, ಕಲಘಟಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕುಂದಗೋಳದ ತಾಲೂಕು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿರುವ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳನ್ನು ೧.೬೫ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಕಟ್ಟ ಕಡೆಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೂ ಉತ್ತಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಕನಸು ಈಗ ಸಾಕಾರಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಜನ ಔಷಧಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು

ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಕೇವಲ ವೈದ್ಯರು, ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ, ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಔಷಧಿಗಳು, ಲಸಿಕೆಗಳು, ಚುಚ್ಚುಮದ್ದುಗಳು ಕೂಡಾ ಮಹತ್ವ ಹೊಂದಿವೆ. ಅನೇಕ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದುಬಾರಿ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಔಷಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾತ್ರೆಗಳು ಬಡವರ ಹಾಗೂ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಹೊರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದುದನ್ನು ಸ್ವತಃ ಮನಗಂಡು ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರು ಜನ ಔಷಧಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದರು.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿನೇಷನ್ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ೬೦% ರಿಂದ ೮೦% ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವ ರಕ್ಷಕ ಔಷಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಜನ ಔಷಧಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರೈಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಅಂಧತ್ವ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ರಾಷ್ಟಿçÃಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ

ಭಗವಂತನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಆನಂದಿಸಲು, ಕಲ್ಪನೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳೇ ನಮಗೆ ಸಾಧನಗಳು. ವಯೋ ಸಹಜವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ನೂ ಅನೇಕ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಅಂಧತ್ವರಹಿತ ಭಾರತ ಕಟ್ಟುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಂಧತ್ವ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಡಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ೧,೬೨,೦೦೦ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಪೊರೆ ಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ೨೪ ಸಾವಿರ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಕನ್ನಡಕಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ಮಹತ್ವಾಂಕ್ಷೆಯ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಭಾರತೀಯರಿಗೆ ವರದಾನವೆಂದರೆ ಅತೀಶಯೊಕ್ತಿಯೆನಲ್ಲ. ಃPಐ ಕಾರ್ಡು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ೫ ಲಕ್ಷದ ವರೆಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಂPಐ ಕಾರ್ಡು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾರ್ಡು ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಶೇಕಡಾ ೩೦% ರಷ್ಟು ಅಂದರೆ ೧.೫ ಲಕ್ಷದವರೆಗಿನ ಉಚಿತ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಆಯುಷ್ಮಾನ ಭಾರತ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ೨,೧೦,೨೦೯ ಜನ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ೮೮ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಲಾಭವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡರೆ, ಇನ್ನೂ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ೪೧೬೦೩ ಜನ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ೧೭೮ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕ ಲಾಭವನ್ನು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಆಯುಷ್ಮಾನ ಭಾರತ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡವರ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆಯಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಜಮಾ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕೇವಲ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಲಾಭವಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಈ ಹಣದ ಮೂಲಕ

ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಕಿಮ್ಸ್ ಒಂದರಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ೫ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹಣ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಮಾ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಇದು ಕಿಮ್ಸ್ನ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಯುಷ್ಮಾನ ಭಾರತ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ೨,೦೫,೩೦೯ ಜನ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊAಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಆಯುಷ್ಮಾನ್ ಭಾರತ್ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥö್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು

ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು ೧೩೪ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥö್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿವೆ. ನಶೆ ಮುಕ್ತ ಭಾರತ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ೨ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಬೆಂಬಲಿತ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ೧೪೪೪೬-ಇದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಡಿ-ಅಡಿಕ್ಷನ್ ಟೋಲ್ ಸಹಾಯವಾಣಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮತ್ತು ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿಯರ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ರೋಗ ನಿರೋಧಕ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ೯೦ ಪ್ರತಿಶತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಲಸಿಕಾಕರಣ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮತ್ತು ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿಯರು ಇದರ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
