A decade ago, our government-run schools lacked several basic learning facilities, such as classrooms, dilapidated buildings, and a shortage of desks. Measures have now been initiated to overcome these hurdles. To my dismay, I observed that children in government schools were learning while sitting on the floor. Committed to fulfilling my promise that no student should be made to sit on the floor, with the cooperation of several companies, 21,600 desks have been distributed to schools. As a result, 94,800 students are now enjoying these facilities, and permission has also been granted for an additional supply of 10,000 desks, which will fulfill the needs of government schools.

Thus, the cherished educational dreams of Shri. Narendra Modi is being materialised in my parliamentary constituency.

ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿಗೆ ಡೆಸ್ಕ್ ವಿತರಣೆ

ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಇದ್ದವು, ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಕೊರತೆ, ಶಾಲಾ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳ ಕೊರತೆ, ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳ ಶಿಥಿಲಾವಸ್ಥೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣಗಳು ಹಲವಾರು ಇದ್ದವು ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರವಾಗುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿವೆ. ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಚೇತ್ರದ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳಿತು ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳಿತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆಯಬಾರದು ಎಂಬ ನನ್ನ ವಾಗ್ದಾನದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಈಗ ನಮ್ಮ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ೨೧,೬೦೦ ಡೆಸ್ಕಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ೯೪,೮೦೦ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಇನ್ನೂ ೧೦,೦೦೦ ಡೆಸ್ಕುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಕನಸು ಈಗ ನನಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಕಾಳಜಿಯ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು, ನಮ್ಮ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಾರಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿವೆ.
