Shri Pralhad Joshi was born on 27 November 1962 in Vijayapura, Karnataka, into a humble and value-driven family. He completed his Bachelor of Arts from K.S. Arts College, Hubballi and Karnataka University, Dharwad.
During his student years, he developed a keen interest in public issues, social service and community development. His early upbringing, rooted in discipline and cultural values, played an important role in shaping his grounded personality and people-centric approach towards public life.
Before entering active politics, Shri Joshi also ventured into entrepreneurship and social initiatives, reflecting his commitment towards employment generation and grassroots empowerment.
