Born on November 27, 1962, in Vijayapura, Karnataka, Shri Joshi was raised with strong cultural and moral values. He completed his Bachelor of Arts from K.S. Arts College in Hubballi and Karnataka University in Dharwad. During his student years, he developed a strong interest in public issues and societal development, which later inspired his entry into political life.
